Steve has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Steve has worked with numerous clients on the sale of family businesses, assisting pre- and post-sale. He has extensive knowledge of using Delaware trusts in implementing long-term strategies to retain wealth. Steve has experience in wealth planning strategies as well as constructing investment allocations in order to minimize risk to his clients’ portfolios. Steve has a deep knowledge of hedging strategies and monetizing strategies for individual securities.
Prior to joining Green Square, Steve was an Executive Director at JP Morgan, where he used wealth planning strategies and investment allocations to help families retain and grow their wealth for current and future generations. Prior to JPM, Steve worked in the Private Wealth division of PNC Bank, advising clients on the sale and monetization of family-owned businesses.
Steve is extremely active in the community, sitting on the boards of numerous charitable organizations and advising them on short- and long-term goals. Steve is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Family and Children’s Place organization. He is currently the Mayor of Mary Hill Estates and has served on the city council for 14 years.
Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Centre College. He holds the Series 63 and Series 7 licenses.
